Frequently Asked Questions
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that we currently only accept returns within the country.
To initiate a return, you can either email our customer service team at hello@tallgirlsco.com with your order number or complete the returns form on our Returns Portal located below this FAQ section. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re only shipping within the country for now but hope to expand in the future.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@tallgirlsco.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
